These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website clozer.me and any services provided by Clozer Marketing Management ("Clozer", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Trade License No. 1614878).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website, submitting a form, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. About Clozer
Clozer Marketing Management is a lead generation and paid advertising agency licensed and operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We provide digital marketing services including paid advertising management on Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn platforms.
3. Services
Clozer provides paid advertising management and lead generation services for UAE-based businesses. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Campaign strategy and setup on Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Ad creative production and landing page development
- CRM integration and lead delivery
- Ongoing campaign optimisation and reporting
- Free Marketing Health Check consultations
Service scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines are defined in individual client agreements. These Terms supplement but do not replace any signed service agreement.
4. Free Marketing Health Check
The Marketing Health Check is offered free of charge with no obligation. By booking a Marketing Health Check, you agree to:
- Provide accurate business information for the audit
- Attend the scheduled consultation (video or in-person)
- Acknowledge that the report and recommendations are advisory and do not constitute a guarantee of results
Clozer reserves the right to decline or cancel a Marketing Health Check at its discretion.
5. Payment Terms
For paid services:
- Clozer charges a flat monthly management fee as agreed in the service contract
- Ad spend is paid directly by the client to the advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn). Clozer does not mark up ad spend
- Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle unless otherwise agreed
- All fees are quoted in AED (UAE Dirham) unless stated otherwise
- Late payments may incur a suspension of services after 7 days written notice
6. Performance Guarantee
Clozer offers an 80-day performance guarantee as described on our website. If the agreed lead volume target is not met within 80 days of campaign launch, Clozer will continue managing the campaign at no additional management fee until the target is reached. This guarantee is subject to:
- The client maintaining the agreed minimum ad spend throughout the 80-day period
- The client providing timely feedback and approvals as requested
- No material changes to the client's business, offer, or market conditions that were not disclosed at the time of agreement
7. Client Responsibilities
As a Clozer client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your business, services, and target audience
- Grant necessary access to advertising accounts, analytics, and CRM systems
- Respond to leads in a timely manner (lead quality is affected by response time)
- Comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations regarding your business and advertising
- Not engage in misleading advertising or make false claims about your products or services
8. Intellectual Property
All content on clozer.me, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Clozer Marketing Management and is protected under UAE intellectual property laws (Federal Law No. 38 of 2021). You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written consent.
Ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign materials produced by Clozer for clients remain the property of Clozer until the client has paid all outstanding fees, at which point ownership transfers to the client.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:
- Clozer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services
- Clozer's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim
- Clozer is not responsible for the performance, policies, or actions of third-party advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Results from advertising campaigns are influenced by many factors beyond Clozer's control, including market conditions, client offer quality, and competitor activity
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified in a service agreement. Upon termination:
- All outstanding fees become immediately due
- Clozer will provide access to all campaign data and assets
- Ad account access will be transferred back to the client
- Clozer may use anonymised campaign data for case studies and marketing purposes unless the client objects in writing
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the business relationship. This includes campaign data, business strategies, pricing, and client lists. This obligation survives termination of services.
12. Website Use
By using clozer.me, you agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce website content without permission
- Submit false or misleading information through any form
- Interfere with the website's functionality or security
13. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Clozer is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
15. UAE Regulatory Compliance
Clozer operates in compliance with applicable UAE federal and local laws, including:
- UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) — Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021
- UAE Electronic Transactions and Commerce Law — Federal Law No. 46 of 2021
- UAE Intellectual Property Law — Federal Law No. 38 of 2021
- UAE Consumer Protection Law — Federal Law No. 15 of 2020
- Dubai DED Commercial Licensing requirements
16. Amendments
Clozer reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
